This book was such a brilliant example of how to build tension and keep readers hooked! 👀🖤

The author is fantastic at immersive storytelling, drawing you right into the minds of her characters, their thoughts, feelings and deepest, darkest secrets. The slow-burn tension was done so well, creating an intense, secretive atmosphere that kept me wanting to know more. The pacing was spot on, with the tension steadily building throughout the story. 🤌🏻

And Chloe… 😂👏 The way this character was written was absolutely brilliant because I had the BEST time disliking her! She was so wonderfully unbearable that I genuinely found myself giggling at her antics. You know a character is well written when they can provoke that kind of reaction!
